Further to the Public Exhibition held in May 2025, Capreon, on behalf of the applicant, Toscaig Limited, have continued to progress technical and project work relating to the site proposals. This work has also been informed by feedback from the community and Officers, during the pre-application stages. As a result, an outline planning application has been submitted to Buckinghamshire Council for their consideration.
